Nadia and Carol

Nadia Comaneci is a Romanian gymnast (born 12 November 1961 at Gheorghe Gheorghiu Dej [now Onestiin Gheorghe Gheorghiu dej, now Onesti Romania). She was the first gymnast to score a perfect 10 on an Olympic celebration. Bela Karalyi was introduced to Comaneci when she was six. She would later be Romania's gymnastics coach. Her first competitive event was the national junior championships in where she placed 13th in the year 1969. In 1970, she took home the title. In 1972, in a meet of communist countries junior athletes prior to the Olympics, she was awarded three gold medals. After that, in 1973 and '74 she was the junior champion in all aspects. Her debut as a Senior in the year 1975, she defeated Russian Lyudmila Turkishcheva. She was the five-time European champion who won four gold medals and one silver. She became the first female to perform a reverse double salo with the parallel bar that was uneven when she won the American Cup, New York City 1976. Carol Wayne.........................Carol Wayne was an American film and TV actor best recognized for portraying Art Fern's Tea-Time Movie Lady on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. The journey of Carol Wayne into the realm of entertainment started as a teenager. Together with her twin sister Nina Wayne, she joined the traveling entertainment show that were known as Ice Capades. Carol Marie Wayne is a United States citizen, born on the 6th of September 1942 in Chicago, Illinois. Carol's first job was in entertainment during her teenage year. She began her career as figure skater performing with her younger twin sister Nina Wayne as part of the touring entertainment show called Ice Capades. They featured staged ice skating performance.
