Laura Linney has been hailed as one of the most well-known actors. Linney is renowned as a strong actress that are equally fragile. Linney was born to an unmarried mother, who worked as a nursing assistant. Her interest in theatre during the summers spent with her father, who was famous. She studied acting in Brown University, and later at Juilliard School. After graduating at Brown University in the year 2000, she made her Broadway debut soon afterward. After two years of that, her first film was released and the following year, her debut on television. Innumerable appearances in film, TV and stage productions since then. Through her entire career, she has received several awards. Some of them include the two Golden Globe Awards and four Primetime Emmy Awards as well as three Academy Award nominations and five Tony Award nominations. Although she has received numerous accolades, she is still a lover of theatre and has appeared on stage and screen.
